Upgrade Sunday brunch

Beans on toast and THEN some!

So easy! Stick all the sauce ingredients in a roasting dish and roast on 160 for 90 mins ( I know it's a long time but believe me it's worth it)


Red onion.. chopped into wedges

About 400g fresh tomatoes (any..but better in summer 🌞)

2 heads of garlic (halved)

Good pinch of salt and pepper

Good olive oil (good drizzle)

Good Balsamic vinegar (good drizzle)

Henderson relish (good drizzle)

Once roasted transfer tomatoes, onions and juices to a blender. Squeeze out half of the garlic and add to the blender.


Blitzy, Blitzy, Blitzy


Transfer to a pan and add any beans.. I love me some butter beans..reheat and serve as you would any baked beans
