We're all about breakfast, brunch and lunch here at The North End. My favourite ever brunch ( that is usually saved for Boxing Day) is bubble & squeak . So I thought why not treat everyone by adding this to our specials. I've gone a bit "fancier" than the tomato ketchup I have with it at Christmas and have instead created a cherry tomato relish? Lip-smackingly good! Then I thought..we need to go big or go home and the final additions are two rashers of our delicious local back bacon and a golden fried Wensleydale egg. A proper-hearty plate of food.
