Easy mango ice cream

This is so quick and easy and doesn't need an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

1 bag of frozen mango chunks

Half a cup of maple syrup

Juice of 2 limes

Half a tin of coconut milk

Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth.

You can eat this straight away or freeze for a firmer texture.
