Welcome to the new addition to our menu. They're not often seen these days but are absolutely delicious and we are cooking our own recipe for you to enjoy. What is a pikelet? Well, that depends on where in the world you are from. In Yorkshire however they are a thin, free-formed crumpet. Apparently they originate from Wales but hey..everything's better in Yorkshire right? You can have ours with lashings of butter and our gorgeous strawberry jam or if you want to go the whole hog then have them with eggs and bacon.
