It's another recipe that you can just top with your favourite things, fruit, nuts, pretzels, chocolate etc etc. The key thing is the caramel cracker base.
You basically just layer a lined tin with crackers (sweet or plain..I used GF cream crackers)
Heat equal amounts of butter (or vegan alternative) with brown sugar (I used 110g of each) and simmer for 1 minute once melted.
Pour over the crackers and bake in a preheated oven (170) for 10 minutes
While the caramel is still hot sprinkle over the toppings of your choice and allow to cool completely so everything sticks!
